Randy, these are my personal best after 34 years of deer hunting.
I shot them with the Savage ML10-II using the load you recommended
44 grains of 5744, Del Ramsey's HPH 12 sabots around a 300 grain
Barnes MZ bullet. I am using your hardened vent liner without complaint.
I bought this rifle after your enthusiastic recommendation on your,
and other web sites. The ML10-II is everything you've said it was.
By the way the non typical is the biggest deer ever killed in our
hunt club. Quite a year in Virginia!
